Commercial Licensing

If you are interested in including Toccata and Fughetta with a software package to be commercially released, you can choose from two options.

Without paying a licensing fee, you may include the TrueType fonts with your software package with the following provisions:

• You pay the single-user registration (US$30) yourself
• You distribute the ReadMe file available from this website
• You indicate in your product's documentation that the fonts are shareware and should be paid for if the user wishes to use them (in other words, your customers cannot consider the price of your software as a payment of the shareware fee)

You may pay a licensing fee to purchase the right to distribute licensed versions of the fonts to your customers with your software. In this case, your customers will be under no obligation to pay the shareware fee. The licensing fee will depend on the price of your software and its distribution. Please to arrange details.

In either case, I would appreciate it if you would send me a copy of your product. However, this is not a requirement.
